In Prosilio every summer on August is organised the International Festival of Cinema and Culture, which concludes previews of movies by Greek creators, in collaboration of the Cultural Association of Prosilioton of Ioannina and the Cultural Association "Ta Patimata" and the complete support of the Municipality of Northern Tzoumerka. Also, every year is organised a tradiotional fest in the village in 26th of July, holy day of Agia Paraskevi. At the same time, every year a great amount of activities is organised in the wider area of Tzoumerka, which conclude concerts and festivals.
